 | Immunoblotting HEK-293T cells were co-transfected with SNX4 expression plasmid and with SNX4-siRNA. Cell extracts were separated on SDS-PAGE and blotted with Monoclonal Anti-SNX4, clone SN43 (Cat. No. S5197). The antibody was developed with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Peroxidase conjugate (Cat. No. A2304) and a chemiluminescent substrate.
